HIV/AIDS

Applying human rights in the HIV/AIDS response, I have long studied human rights advancements in HIV treatment, prevention, and cure policy. From the right to informed consent during HIV experimentation, my research on the right to health has analyzed the role of human rights litigation as a means to HIV treatment, studied HIV prevention through collective rights to public health, examined the right to health in framing HIV treatment protocols, and investigated rights-based global governance as a basis for realizing access to a prospective HIV cure.
